ECOlipak Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ECOlipak Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to the terms below with ECOlipak (“we,” “us,” “our”).
GoAffPro is our tracking provider and is not a party to these terms.

• Apply through our official registration form and provide accurate information (name, email, social handles, payout details).
• We may approve or reject applications at our sole discretion (e.g., illegal, hateful, adult content, IP infringement, spam).
• Affiliates must be 18 years or older to join.

• Promote ECOlipak products honestly — no false, misleading, or unverified claims.
• Comply with applicable advertising and data protection laws, including:FTC Endorsement Guidelines (e.g., “#ad”, “affiliate link” disclosure)CAN-SPAM / GDPR / CCPA where relevant
• No spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or paid ads using our brand terms.
• Brand bidding is strictly prohibited on keywords including “ECOlipak,” “ecolipak.com,” or variations.
• Coupon sites are allowed only if pre-approved by ECOlipak.
• You may not impersonate ECOlipak or claim to be an employee.
• Ensure your content aligns with our eco-friendly and ethical brand standards.

• Use your unique GoAffPro affiliate link or assigned coupon code to ensure proper tracking.
• Cookie duration: 30 days.
• Attribution order: A-Coupon code used at checkout. / B-Last-click affiliate link within 30 days
• Self-referrals are not eligible for commissions.

• Base rate: 10% of net order value (excluding shipping, discounts, or taxes).
• Specific products or campaigns may have custom commission rates, announced in advance.
• No commissions for canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
• ECOlipak may reverse commissions within 30 days after payout if a transaction is later refunded or flagged as fraud.

• Schedule: Monthly payments, made within the first 10 business days of the following month after a 30-day validation period.
• Minimum payout threshold: USD $50 (balances roll over).
• Payment method: Manual bank transfer to the details provided in your affiliate profile.
• Currency: USD.
• Transfer fees are borne by the affiliate unless otherwise stated.
• Affiliates must ensure accurate bank details. ECOlipak is not liable for failed or delayed transfers due to incorrect information.
• For tax purposes, ECOlipak may require W-9 (U.S.) or W-8BEN (non-U.S.) forms. Taxes may be withheld where required by law.

• Bidding on brand terms or registering ECOlipak-related domains.
• Misleading promotions, false reviews, or unapproved discount promises.
• Posting unassigned coupons or using “click-to-reveal” tactics.
• Offering cashback or incentives without our written consent.
• Any behavior that damages ECOlipak’s reputation or violates sustainability values.

• ECOlipak reserves the right to review or audit affiliate content at any time.
• We may pause or withhold unpaid commissions during compliance checks.
• Accounts violating these terms may be terminated without notice.

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause.
• Upon termination, affiliates must remove all ECOlipak links, images, and materials.
• ECOlipak may withhold pending payments for up to 30 days to account for returns or chargebacks.

• ECOlipak may modify this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version in your affiliate dashboard or notifying you by email.
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of new terms.

• All non-public information (rates, stats, marketing assets) must remain confidential.
• Affiliates may not collect or process ECOlipak customer data beyond what is legally provided by the platform.

• Affiliates are independent contractors.
• No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created.

• ECOlipak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to the affiliate within the past 12 months.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
