Issues with order

Dear customers, 

According to our processing flow, your order will be processed by our warehouse 2 hours after the order is placed and cannot be canceled.

After the order is shipped, we will notify you by email about the logistics tracking information of your package.

We will ship large orders by LTL and customers will need to make sure to verify receiving quantity, any missing unit will need to be noted on the bill of landing or email us immediately with photo images of your received packages, otherwise, we will not be responsible for the missing products. Thank you for your cooperation.

If an order cannot be delivered by a carrier, please contact us promptly or a $300 return shipping fee + 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and refund the item's purchase price and shipping charges.

All refunds (including cancellations) will be credited to your original method of payment. We will credit your account within 10-14 business days. Your refund should be reflected on your next billing statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
